Are your diamonds certified?
Yes. Every centre stone is graded by IGI, the International Gemological Institute, and ships with its report. You can verify the number yourself on igi.org.
Will I pay customs or import duty?
No. All duties and import taxes are included in the price. Free insured worldwide shipping, and nothing to pay when your parcel arrives.
Are lab grown diamonds real diamonds?
Yes — chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. The difference is origin, not substance. We work exclusively with lab grown.
How long will my order take?
Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched in 2–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 6–8 business days to craft, and custom pieces 8–10 once the design is approved. Add 5–7 business days for transit.
What is your return policy?
Return most pieces within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Engraved, resized and fully custom pieces are final sale unless faulty.
What if the ring size is wrong?
Most rings can be resized once, free of charge, within 60 days of delivery. Full eternity bands cannot be resized, so we confirm the fit before making them.
