The agreement between you and RINOVA JEWELRY when you shop with us. Written plainly, so there are no surprises.

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from RINOVA JEWELRY. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.
Products and Descriptions
All our jewelry is made with IGI certified lab grown diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. Every centre stone is graded by IGI, the International Gemological Institute, and its report number can be verified on igi.org.
Product photographs are enlarged to show detail. Slight variations in colour, finish and stone placement are natural in handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.
Pricing and Currency
Prices are shown in the currency you select on the website and include all import duties and taxes for the destination country. The final charge is processed in the currency shown at checkout. Exchange rates and any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control.
We may correct pricing errors and cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.
Orders and Acceptance
Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud.
Made to Order Items
Most pieces are made to order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Engraved, resized or fully custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

- Free worldwide shipping — standard insured shipping is free on all orders.
- Transit time — typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. All times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Tracking — a tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
- Address accuracy — we are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Changes are possible only before dispatch.
- Loss or damage — report within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will open an insurance claim and replace or refund the item.
Duties, Taxes and Customs
All import duties, VAT/GST and customs charges are included in the price you pay at checkout. Orders are shipped DDP — Delivered Duty Paid — so nothing further is payable on arrival in any country we ship to. Should a courier or customs authority ever request payment from you on delivery, contact us and we will settle it directly. We declare the full and accurate value on all shipments.
- Condition — items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with the IGI report. A missing report may reduce or void the refund.
- Return shipping — for international returns you arrange and pay for return shipping, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Always use a tracked, insured service.
- Customs paperwork — mark the parcel "Returned goods — no commercial value for import" and include a copy of your order confirmation.
- Refund amount — you receive the full price you paid. Duties we paid on the original shipment are our cost, not yours, and are never deducted from your refund.
- Refund timing — once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method, in the original transaction currency.
- Exchanges — follow the same process; any price difference is charged or refunded separately.

Warranty
Our jewelry carries a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, for as long as you own the piece. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than RINOVA JEWELRY. Shipping for repairs is arranged and paid by the customer in both directions.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including designs, images, text and the RINOVA name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
