Shipping

We ship worldwide from India. Every parcel is fully insured until it reaches you and requires a signature on delivery. Insured shipping is free on every order, worldwide.

Processing & dispatch

• Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched in 1–3 business days
• Made-to-order pieces: 5–7 business days for crafting before dispatch
• Custom and engraved pieces: timeline confirmed with you individually

Transit is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. All times are estimates, not guarantees. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Duties & taxes

All import duties and taxes are included. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Address changes are possible only before dispatch.

Lost or damaged parcels

Every shipment is insured. Report any loss or damage within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will open a claim and replace or refund the item.
