Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from RINOVA JEWELRY. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.

1. Products and descriptions

All our jewelry is made with certified lab grown diamonds. Lab grown diamonds are chemically, physically and optically identical to mined diamonds. Every centre stone is supplied with a certificate from an independent gemological laboratory (IGI or equivalent).

Product photographs are enlarged to show detail. Slight variations in colour, finish and stone placement are natural in handcrafted jewelry and are not considered defects.

2. Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in the currency you select on the website. The final charge is processed in the currency shown at checkout. Exchange rates and any fees charged by your bank or card issuer are outside our control. We may correct pricing errors and cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious error.

3. Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if payment cannot be verified, or if we suspect fraud.

4. Made to order items

Most pieces are made to order. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Engraved, resized or fully custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from India. Every parcel is fully insured until it reaches you and requires a signature on delivery. Insured worldwide shipping is free on all orders.

  • Ready-to-ship pieces: dispatched in 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order pieces: 7–14 business days for crafting before dispatch
  • Custom and engraved pieces: timeline confirmed with you individually

Transit is typically 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance. All times are estimates, not guarantees. A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. Address changes are possible only before dispatch.

Every shipment is insured. Report any loss or damage within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date and we will open a claim and replace or refund the item.

6. Duties, taxes and customs

Import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked to pay additional duties or customs charges on delivery. Where local law requires a tax to be shown or handled separately, this will be made clear at checkout.

7. Returns and refunds

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Contact us at hardikboghara12@gmail.com before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation and instructions.

Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging with all certificates and documentation. Missing certificates may reduce or void the refund.

The following cannot be returned, unless faulty:

  • Engraved, personalised or fully custom pieces
  • Resized rings
  • Earrings, for hygiene reasons, once the seal is broken
  • Gift cards

For international returns, the customer arranges and pays for return shipping unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item. Use a tracked, insured service — we cannot refund parcels lost in transit to us. Mark the parcel clearly as “Returned goods — no commercial value for import” and include a copy of your order confirmation.

Once your return is received and inspected we will email you and process the refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Refunds are issued in the original transaction currency; exchange-rate movements between purchase and refund are outside our control. Exchanges follow the same process, and any price difference is charged or refunded separately.

8. Warranty

Our jewelry carries a manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, or damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than RINOVA JEWELRY.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including designs, images, text and the RINOVA name and logo, belongs to us and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this website at the time of your order applies to that order.
