Order in Time — This Matters
Ready-to-ship pieces leave us in 1–3 business days. Made-to-order pieces take 7–14 business days to craft, plus 3–7 days in transit and any customs clearance. For a gift with a fixed date, order at least four weeks ahead — or choose a ready-to-ship piece or a gift card. Leaving it late is the one thing we cannot fix for you.
- No customs bill, ever — all duties and taxes are included in the price, so the person receiving your gift is never asked to pay anything at the door. Nothing spoils a surprise faster.
- No prices in the parcel — tell us at checkout and we will leave the invoice out entirely.
- Discreet delivery — our packaging carries no indication of value on the outside, but a signature is always required.
- Finding a ring size quietly — borrow a ring she already wears on that finger and measure the inside diameter in millimetres. Send us the number.
- If the size is wrong — most rings can be resized once, free, within 60 days. Eternity bands cannot — choose those only if you are certain.
- Shipping straight to them — perfectly fine, and often better. Just make sure someone will be there to sign.
