The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We cover import duties, VAT and customs charges on every order, in every country we ship to. No customs bill at the door, no courier asking for money before they hand over your parcel, no unpleasant surprise on a gift.

- We declare accurately — every shipment carries a correct commercial invoice and the IGI report. We do not under-declare value, which is illegal and would void your insurance.
- Duties settled by us — the courier bills RINOVA directly, not you.
- Clearance delays — customs can occasionally hold a parcel for inspection. This is outside our control, but we will chase it on your behalf.
- Nothing to arrange — you do not need to register with customs or complete any paperwork.
Shipped With Care
Fine jewelry deserves careful handling. Every RINOVA order is inspected, securely packed and insured before it leaves our atelier — so it arrives exactly as it left us.
Will I have to pay anything when it arrives?
No. Duties, import taxes and customs charges are all included in the price you paid. If a courier ever asks you for money on delivery, contact us immediately and we will settle it.
Do I need to be home to sign for it?
No — a signature is not required. That makes delivery quicker, but it also means the parcel may be left at the address you gave us, so please choose one where it can be left safely. Once it has been delivered there, it is with you.
I need it for a specific date — how long should I allow?
For a ready-to-ship piece, allow 7–9 days from order to delivery. A made-to-order piece needs longer, since it is crafted after you order. If the date is tight, email us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether it can be done.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your destination is not available at checkout, email us — we can usually find a way.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping is included on every order, with no minimum spend. There is nothing extra to do.
Can I track my order?
Yes — tracking details are emailed as soon as your order is dispatched, with updates until delivery.
What if my package is lost or damaged?
Every order is fully insured. Contact us within 7 days and we will investigate, then replace or refund the piece.
Can you ship to a different address?
Yes, but for security we may verify the request first. We cannot ship to PO boxes — a physical address is required.
