Plenty of jewelry sites open with hundreds of glowing reviews and a suspiciously perfect star rating. We decided not to do that. When you buy a diamond you are trusting us with a great deal of money and a moment that matters, so we would rather start that relationship honestly. Every review that eventually appears on this page will come from a real, verified RINOVA order.

Every centre stone is graded by IGI, the International Gemological Institute — an independent laboratory, not us. The report ships with your piece, and you can type the report number into igi.org and read the grading directly from the source. You do not have to take our word for anything.

If the piece is not right when it reaches you, send it back within 30 days. Our confidence in the work is easier to demonstrate than to claim.

Manufacturing defects are covered for as long as you own the piece, with no expiry and no registration required.

So you know what you are reading, when the time comes.
