Manufacturing Warranty

Made to last

Manufacturing Warranty

Every RINOVA piece begins with a promise: that what you wear will be made to last. We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece we make.

Our Commitment to Quality

Our jewelry is handcrafted by skilled artisans using high-quality materials, and each piece passes multiple quality checks before it leaves our studio. If a manufacturing defect appears, we'll make it right.

What's Covered
Protection against rare defects in the making of your piece.
  • Loose stones — in a newly made piece.
  • Setting faults — bent or misaligned settings found at delivery.
  • Material errors — such as an incorrect metal type.
  • Workmanship — defects in craftsmanship present at the time of delivery.
What's Not Covered
Like all fine jewelry, natural wear over time isn't a defect.
  • Everyday wear — scratches, dents, abrasions or gradual wear and tear.
  • Chemical exposure — discoloration from lotions, chemicals, pools or hot tubs.
  • Impact damage — bent prongs or damage from accidents or mishandling.
  • Third-party work — repairs or alterations by another jeweler.

We recommend personal jewelry insurance to protect against loss, theft or accidental damage.

How to Start a Repair

Reach Out

Email us with your order number, clear photos or a short video of the issue, and a brief description.

We Review

Our team assesses whether the issue is covered under the manufacturing warranty.

Repair or Estimate

If covered, we'll arrange the repair. If not, we'll share a clear estimate before any work begins.

A Good Rule of Thumb

Rings endure more than most people realise — everyday activities can slowly change their shape and, over time, loosen prongs. This is normal wear, not a defect. To keep your piece its best, take it off before workouts, cleaning or heavy hand activity, and have it checked periodically.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to register for the warranty?

No registration is needed — your proof of purchase is enough to make a claim.

Can I transfer the warranty if I gift the jewelry?

The warranty is tied to the original purchase. Contact us and we'll be glad to help with gifted pieces.

Does resizing void the warranty?

Resizing or alterations done by a third party can affect warranty coverage. Where possible, have adjustments done through us.

How long does a repair take?

Repair times vary by the work required. We'll give you an estimated timeline when your request is reviewed.

What if my issue isn't covered?

We'll always let you know first and provide a clear estimate before carrying out any paid repair.
