Our Warranty

Every piece of RINOVA jewelry is backed by a manufacturing warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

The warranty covers manufacturing faults, such as a stone loosening because of a setting defect, or a clasp or fitting that fails under normal use. If a covered fault appears, we will repair or replace the piece.

What isn't covered

• Normal wear and tear, scratches, and gradual loss of finish over time
• Accidental damage, impact, or misuse
• Loss or theft
• Damage caused by repairs or alterations carried out by anyone other than RINOVA JEWELRY

Making a claim

Email hardikboghara12@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we'll guide you through the next steps. Please keep your diamond certificate — it helps us identify the piece.

This warranty is offered by RINOVA JEWELRY and does not affect your statutory rights.
