Every parcel is insured in transit. If a piece arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, email us with photographs within 7 days and we will repair, replace or refund it at our cost.

Beyond that we do not offer a warranty. Fine jewelry is worn against the world every day, and normal wear — thinning bands, surface scratches, loosened prongs — is not a defect. Resizing, replating and repairs are all available at cost; message us and we will quote before any work begins.
